Fear rises in us any time we are facing the unfamiliar. When we feel its presence, we tend to create a story about what dangers and discomforts lie ahead. As we learn to relate to it as simply an indicator of what we do not know, we discover in ourselves a connection to our soul-knowing. In this workshop, we will explore practical ways for cultivating a relationship with this emotion and responding to its cues.
Your registration fee includes access to the recording of this workshop in the event you are not able to attend in-person, or for your review.
