Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future program.
No refunds are available once an event has started or after it has concluded.
If Spirit River Community cancels a workshop due to insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances, the registration fee will be fully reimbursed.

Zoom links for online events will be emailed upon successful registration.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spirit River Community is not liable for:

Any harm, injury, or damages resulting from participation in workshops, retreats, or programs offered online or in-person.
