  • Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future program.

  • No refunds are available once an event has started or after it has concluded.

  • If Spirit River Community cancels a workshop due to insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances, the registration fee will be fully reimbursed.

5. Fulfillment Policy

Spirit River Community ensures prompt delivery of event materials and access:

  • Zoom links for online events will be emailed upon successful registration.

  • Recordings of events, if applicable, will be emailed within 48 hours of the event's conclusion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spirit River Community is not liable for:

  • Any harm, injury, or damages resulting from participation in workshops, retreats, or programs offered online or in-person.
