Forgiveness is not a one-time act, but a direction—a path we choose and re-choose. Often misunderstood, forgiveness is not weakness, forgetting, or reconciliation. It does not erase accountability or bypass grief.
As we prepare to walk the Lenten path—a season of reflection, honesty, and return—we are invited to consider forgiveness not as surrender, but as liberation. In this workshop, we’ll explore a deeper, more truthful understanding of forgiveness: one that honours pain, nurtures dignity, and restores our sense of agency. Grounded in the stages of injury, grievance, and transcendence, we’ll reflect on the movement from blame to accountability, from shame to belonging, from harm to healing. Through guided reflection and shared wisdom, we’ll begin to ask: What does it mean to grow bigger than the wound?
Access to the recording of this workshop will be sent to all who register.
