How do boundaries affect feelings of burnout, compassion fatigue, and moral injury? In this two-hour workshop, we discuss what healthy boundaries look like in spiritual care and how they impact your resilience and ability to nurture your call. We examine how to assess your own boundary health and explore specific ways this health can mitigate feelings of burnout in ministry and spiritual care. The session will focus on boundary hygiene from a trauma-informed lens, with dedicated time for small-group reflection and support.
