Let's Talk About Sex

Have you ever found yourself wondering how conversations about sexuality became so complicated—or feel too self-conscious to approach the topic at all? Or perhaps you’ve been curious about how sexuality connects to your spirituality and the way you relate to yourself, others, and the Divine. This workshop offers a gentle and thoughtful space to explore those questions together. We’ll explore six interwoven aspects of sexual identity and the language and terms people are using today. It’s also a respectful and non-threatening place to ask the questions we might not feel comfortable raising elsewhere. Together, we’ll reflect on what healthy sexuality can look like across the lifespan and how approaching this topic with compassion can open the door to greater understanding, less polarization, and more life-giving relationships—with ourselves, with one another, and with the Sacred.
