About the Course
Prerequisite: having participated in Shawn’s Three Seeds of Ecological Spirituality and Kything classes. Class size will be limited to 10 participants, and this workshop will not be recorded.
The third of a trilogy of workshops. You've encountered the three seeds of ecological spirituality, and you've learned how to kythe. Now it is time to learn how to create small rituals to engage with your more-than-human neighbours on a regular basis, as a way to practice your own unique form of "green priestcraft". In this workshop we will be considering elements of timing, materials, words, actions, and intentionality, as we learn to create small acts of blessing and healing for ourselves, our kin, and the wider Creation.
This is the final of our trilogy of workshops, growing Creation-care into Creation-prayer: prayer with, for, and as Creation. Prerequisite: having participated in Shawn’s Three Seeds of Ecological Spirituality and Kything classes. Class size will be limited to 10 participants, and this workshop will not be recorded.
Interested in learning more about ecological spirituality? Shawn is offering this series again through Spirit River Community: October 6, November 3, and December 1.
