Holding Tension: Living between the Now and the Not Yet

Presenter: Kalyn Falk, M.A.

Advent invites us to live in the tension between the now and the not yet—a sacred time of waiting and hope. Some tensions in life are not problems to be solved but polarities to be held—dynamic forces that invite wisdom rather than resolution.

Polarity management offers a powerful framework to move beyond either/or thinking toward a deeper awareness of wholeness. Grounded in non-dual wisdom, this approach teaches us to embrace paradox, recognizing that opposing forces are often interdependent. In this workshop, a reprise of last year’s workshop on Polarities (offered on March 4, 2025), we will explore how Advent is a season to live faithfully in the “in-between.”

Access to the recording of this workshop will be sent to all who register.
